We want you to feel confident and empowered in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Yitty x ThredUp items in their original condition. Please note that as part of our sustainability mission, a small restocking fee may apply to processed returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to send back to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or any durable mailer to support our eco-friendly initiatives.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the distribution center, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
